What this is
BinderyPress is a document rendering platform run by EdgeCraft Studio LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you're using it for your company, you're saying you have the authority to agree on their behalf.
Your stuff is yours
Templates you create, data you send, documents you render — all yours. We don't claim ownership of any of it. We only access your content to make the service work. AI-generated templates are yours too.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account credentials and API keys secure. Don't share API keys in client-side code or public repos. Make sure you have the right to use any content you upload. Don't use the platform for anything illegal.
About the AI Refinery
When you use AI template generation, your prompts and sample data are sent to Anthropic for processing. Don't put sensitive personal info or trade secrets in your AI prompts unless you're comfortable with that.
Plans and billing
Each plan has a monthly render limit and a set number of AI generations. If you hit your limit, renders will be blocked until the next billing period. Paid plans bill monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
The fine print
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we can't promise 100% uptime. The service is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by Indiana law.
Closing your account
You can leave anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After closing, we keep your data for 30 days in case you need to export something, then it's permanently deleted.
