Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what we need to run the service (your email, your templates, your render requests). We don't sell your data. We don't do ad tracking. We use cookies only for keeping you logged in.

What we collect

Your account: Email address and name. We use magic links for login — no passwords stored.

Your templates: Everything you design or generate. Stored in your team's workspace, not shared with anyone else.

Render requests: We process the data you send to produce your documents. We log metadata (which template, what format, how long it took) but we don't persistently store the data payload you send.

Standard web stuff: IP addresses, browser type, request timestamps. Used for rate limiting and keeping the service running.

Services that touch your data

Cloudflare handles our infrastructure — CDN, compute, storage, and non-authenticated analytics on our marketing site. Convex is our database. When you use the AI Refinery, your prompts and sample data are sent to Anthropic's API to generate templates.

That's it. No ad networks, no tracking pixels, no data brokers.

Your data, your call

You can export your templates anytime. You can delete your account anytime — we'll wipe your data within 30 days. If you have questions, email [email protected].
